1,300 acres in Kaufman County sold for residential development

​KAUFMAN COUNTY – A Texas-based investment group has acquired 1,300 acres for a residential community. Located at FM 548, Colquitt Rd., and FM 1392, the master-planned Majestic Meadows will be environmentally friendly.
