UTSA expanding on-campus living options with new dorm

GRAPEVINE – A new 118,000-sf office building is planned for an Oklahoma City-based payroll processing firm’s campus. The four-story, $27 million building at 3489 SH 121 will open in 2025. Dallas’ Pegasus Park getting new laboratory complex

​​DALLAS – A 135,000-sf laboratory complex is in development at Pegasus Park after receiving funding. Bridge Labs will begin c​onverting an existing building into lab speculative suites and centralized lab services. They will also build a new building that will open in late 2024. Virginia-based investor acquires Carrollton rental community.

​​​CARROLLTON – Virginia-based AvalonBay Communities Inc. has purchased a rental community west of the Dallas North Tollway.
