GRAPEVINE – A new 118,000-sf office building is planned for an Oklahoma City-based payroll processing firm’s campus.
The four-story, $27 million building at 3489 SH 121 will open in 2025.
HSE Architects is the project designer.
The campus, owned by Paycom, already has a 150,000-sf operations center with 1,000 employees. The land was purchased from the city, which provided $5 million in tax incentives.
