FORT WORTH – A Wisconsin-based investment firm has sold a 323-unit apartment community. Located at 6051 South Hulen St., Copperfield Apartments has one- and two-bedroom layouts, a pool, fitness center, outdoor grilling and dining stations, business center, and laundry facilities.
