UTSA continues downtown expansion

Grundfos opens Brookshire HQ

​​​​​​​BROOKSHIRE – Grundfos has opened its 48,670-sf headquarters at 856 Koomey Rd. The $21 million building broke ground in April 2020 and delivered in September 2021. Rental community opening near Fort Worth Stockyards in 2025
