SAN ANTONIO – The University of Texas at San Antonio is developing San Pedro II, a 180,000-sf downtown building dedicated to interdisciplinary and collaborative programs in business, engineering, and sciences.
Overland and Gensler designed the project.
Construction on the $124 million project begins in summer 2023.
