Mansfield mixed-use project inspired by The Dairy Block

MANSFIELD – The city has approved the construction of a four-acre mixed-use project. Construction will begin next summer.

Located at the corner of Main and Broad streets, the Water Mill Square is inspired by The Dairy Block in Denver with a pedestrian promenade.

The project will have 100 apartment units, 20 townhomes, and 80,000 sf of commercial and office space.

The first phase will include retail, restaurant, and event space, and will take 18 months. The second phase will relocate an existing fire station and add more retail and restaurant space, as well as a four-story multifamily development. It will begin construction in 18 to 24 months.

The developer, Frisco-based Nack Development, will receive up to $3.38 million in incentives from the city over five years.
