CARROLLTON – Virginia-based AvalonBay Communities Inc. has purchased a rental community west of the Dallas North Tollway.
Located at 4216 Sloane St., the Avalon West Plano, formerly Sloan Street apartments, has 500 units across eight buildings with monthly rents ranging from $1,600 to $3,400 for the three-bedroom townhomes.
Developer Billingsly Co. was the seller.
AvalonBay owns 294 apartment communities with a total of 88,659 units across 12 states and the District of Columbia, including the Frisco at Main apartments in Frisco.
