BEE CAVE – Ames Design Build LLC has announced plans for a 140-acre, luxury housing project called Madrone Canyon.
Madrone Canyon will have a mix of custom and spec homes with lot prices beginning in the high $400,000 range. Homes are expected to start at $3 million.
In total, 110 homes will be built on lots of up to an acre. Homes will start at about 4,500 sf.
Sendero Homes and Eppright Homes will also build in Madrone Canyon. Ames will build on 45 lots, Sendero on 33, and Eppright on 32.
Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty is representing Ames in the sale of Madrone Canyon homes.
