KAUFMAN COUNTY – A Texas-based investment group has acquired 1,300 acres for a residential community.
Located at FM 548, Colquitt Rd., and FM 1392, the master-planned Majestic Meadows will be environmentally friendly.
The sale was arranged by Biel Partners, and Glasco Commercial represented the buyer, KCOLT Investor Group. Konstruct Notion LLC is working on the project plans.
