RICHARDSON – Local firm Precision Investments has purchased a 70,000-sf retail and office complex.
The Shops at Eastside on US 75 at Campbell Rd. has three buildings, a two-acre park, and an amphitheater.
Tenants include Panera Bread, Frost Bank, 7-Eleven, Sport Clips, Hotworx, and Russo’s Coal-Fired Kitchen.
