GRAND PRAIRIE – A 330,000-sf multifamily project will begin construction later this year and finish by 2026.
Located at 7112 N. Day Miar Rd., the $54 million Jefferson Loyd Park Phase 2 will have four three-story apartments and a leasing office and clubhouse.
The developer is JPI, who had two multifamily projects in Anna and Lewisville underway.
