MESQUITE – Two industrial projects totaling one million sf are set to begin construction and will open in 2024.
The first project is the 750,000-sf building on Skyline Dr. It will cost $42.5 million. Work starts in November. Capstar Real Estate Advisors is the developer, and GDA Architects is designing it.
Located at 19205 LBJ Fwy., the $15.1 million second warehouse will be 203,000 sf and open in October 2024. It is being developed by Houston-based Lovett Industrial and designed by LGE Design Group.
