HOUSTON – Triten Real Estate Partners has completed vertical construction of phase one of The Mill, a seven-story apartment building with a 6,000-sf retail component at 2315 Navigation Blvd.
At 334,218 sf, the 341-unit multifamily project will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
The third floor will have an amenity deck with an outdoor pool, outdoor yoga lawn, exercise room, club lounge, break room with a kitchen, grilling stations, and fire pits.
There will also be a seven-story, 145,369-sf parking garage.
