HOUSTON – DSV Air & Sea has signed a 114,00-sf industrial lease at Building 5 at Prologis Central Green at 16605 Air Center Blvd.
The rear-load building has 24-ft clear heights, three grade-level doors, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 4,683 sf of office space.
Prologis represented the landlord, Liberty Property Trust, while Colliers represented the tenant.
