DALLAS – A retail center was purchased by a Los Angeles-based investor, adding to its holdings of 125 shopping centers nationwide.
The 180,000-sf Northview Plaza on E. Northwest Hwy. is 89 percent leased with tenants including Petco and McDonald’s. The center is anchored by Kroger.
The shopping center was purchased by Westwood Financial, who owns six other shopping centers in DFW.
