ROUND ROCK – An ECHO Suites by Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Inc. is on its way.
Gulf Coast Hotel Development LLC is behind the project at 1485 Meister Ln. It will be four stories with 124 guest rooms. Construction of the 51,400-sf hotel is estimated to cost $13.5 million.
Williamson Central Appraisal District pegged the site’s value at nearly $1.8 million this year, up $700,000 from last year.
Gulf Coast will begin construction later this year. The hotel will open in fourth quarter 2024.
McAllister and Associates Real Estate Services is brokering the deal. The hotel will be run by an affiliated company, Gulf Coast Management Inc. Design work is being done by BRR Architecture Inc.
