Rental house investor moving Dallas headquarters

​DALLAS – A rental house investment company is spending $8 million renovating space in a 40-year-old high-rise for its future headquarters. The move-in date is next spring.

Invitation Homes is moving from Comerica Bank Tower on Main St. in downtown to the Lincoln Centre II on the corner of LBJ Fwy. and the Dallas North Tollway. It is leasing the sixth and seventh floors, totaling 50,000 sf.

The investor owns and manages 3,000 properties in North Texas and 80,000 properties nationwide. The Lincoln Centre II is one of four high-rises on the campus. ​
