DALLAS – The Arts District recently welcomed a JW Marriott luxury hotel after two years of construction, marking the hotel’s first branch in North Texas.
JW Marriott opened on Ross Ave. and Harwood St. with 267 rooms across 15 stories. The hotel will have three restaurants, a fitness center, upper-level swimming pool deck, and 20,000 sf of meeting space.
Plano-based Sam Moon Group developed the project, and it was designed by HKS and Looney & Associates. The general contractor was DPR Construction.
