HOUSTON – Southern Land Company has announced plans to develop two acres at 2811 Kirby Dr into two buildings.
The project will include a 36-story residential tower and a 75,000-sf office building.
The residential tower will have 318 luxury apartments and 18 penthouses.
Residents will have access to an outdoor pool deck on the 36th floor and a garden deck that spans both buildings on the seventh floor.
The seventh floor will have a residential spa and guest suites in addition to a fitness center.
The office building will have a garage podium for parking and 22,000 sf of rooftop and ground-level space for restaurants and shops.
The project is slared to break ground in spring 2024.
