DALLAS – A new business park is in the works near DFW International Airport.
The two-building industrial project along SH 114 and Jetstar Dr. will total 170,000 sf.
Hopewell Development is partnered with MBK Industrial Properties for the project. Ware Malcomb is the designer, and Colliers International is leasing the buildings.
Construction will begin later this year.
