PLANO – A nine-story hotel has been sold in the Granite Park development.
The Hilton Granite Park has 299 rooms and a conference center. It is at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121.
Driftwood Capital represented the buyer, a Florida-based hospitality firm. It was purchased with a $56.8 million loan.
The $80 million hotel was designed by BOKA Powell and developed by Granite Properties as part of the 90-acre Granite Park project.
