ALLEN – The Farm, a 135-acre mixed-use development, is seeing rapid expansion with new construction.
The first project is Alta at the Farm, a 325-unit rental community developed by Wood Partners. The second is a 70,000-sf, two-story complex for High 5 Entertainment with a miniature golf course, bowling alley, laser tag, axe throwing, escape rooms, and restaurant and bar.
Chicken N Pickle purchased four acres for a bar, restaurant, and indoor pickleball courts.
Construction for a 100,000-sf office building will begin soon.
Located on SH 121 at Alma Dr., The Farm was announced three years ago by JaRyCo Development. It currently has a three-acre open-air entertainment and restaurant venue that opened in November. It will have 30 acres of parks and green spaces as well as farm-themed elements.
