THE WOODLANDS – Gordy Bunch, owner of TWFG Insurance Services, has purchased Parkwood II, a five story, 101,056-sf office building.
The property will serve as TWFG’s headquarters. The company will occupy the fourth and fifth floors.
The remaining three floors are available for lease.
JLL Capital Markets represented both the buyer and the seller.
