DALLAS – The Powers Properties Portfolio has been sold to 180 Multifamily Properties.
The portfolio consists of 544 units across 20 assets built between 1914 and 1962 in historic East Dallas neighborhoods.
The assets were renovated in the late 1990s and early 2000s and have been under the same ownership for 25 years.
Two years after being put in a court-appointed receivership, GREA brokered the deal on behalf of the court-appointed receiver.
