AUSTIN – Stream Realty Partners has partnered with Barings on the development of a six-story office building.
Amenities will include a rooftop patio, ground-floor paseo with access to the Lance Armstrong bikeway, private patios on each floor, and ground-floor café and marketplace restaurant.
HKS Architects designed the building.
Construction begins in early 2023 and will finish in late 2024.
