SAN ANTONIO – 29th Street Capital recently acquired Renata on Fredericksburg Apartments at 9939 Fredericksburg Rd.
29th Street plans to add stainless steel appliances, wood plank flooring, and washers and dryers; modernize kitchens and bathrooms; and improve amenities.
Bexar County records show an appraised value of $27 million for the property, as well as a $20 million Freddie Mac loan made to 29th Street for the acquisition.
