ODESSA – Liberty Energy has broken ground on a $50 million facility in Leeco Industrial Park between US 80 and I-20.
The state-of-the-art facility will include office space, workshop, a 50,000-sf warehouse, and truck-washing facility. The plant will also provide 500 jobs after completion.
The Odessa Development Corporation has awarded the company a five-year agreement with a $2.5 million grant.
Construction will be managed by Houston-based Constructable.
