LEANDER – St. John Properties Inc.’s 50-acre mixed-use project is slated to have 270,000 sf of flexible office space, along with pad sites for sale.
Leander Tech Park, at the southwest corner of West SH 29 and Ronald Reagan Blvd., will have eight single-story buildings starting at 31,560 sf, along with 18,850 sf of retail space within two inline buildings.
The company is also marketing three pad sites starting at 1.4 acres for potential restaurants, banks, or other standalone retail.
St. John aims to break ground on the first phase of the development, which consists of two buildings totaling nearly 90,000 sf, by the end of this year.
Delivery is expected in third quarter 2025.
