IRVING – A Las Colinas office building will be demolished to make room for a 24-acre industrial park.
The 287,000-sf 4000 Horizon Way office near I-635 will be demolished in early 2024 and be replaced by a 337,000-sf industrial park consisting of Class A warehouses.
Foundry Commercial is redeveloping the property after acquiring it from JLL.
