ALEDO – A $100 million private golf course is being planned on 240 acres in the 2,400-acre Kelly Ranch community.
The 18-hole Kelly Ranch Golf Club on US 377 will have a 7,600-yd course, 26-acre golf practice facility, a 400-yd driving range, a short game area, and a short course, as well as a clubhouse, restaurant, bar, and outdoor terrace.
The course will open in 2025.
The project is developed by Escalante Golf and designed by Tripp Davis and Associates.
The surrounding gated communities will have homes starting at $700,000 to $10 million.
