ANNA – The city’s first luxury independent senior living facility has opened for leasing.
The 150,000-sf Parmore Anna Senior Living community has 185 units across nine acres. Monthly rent starts at $1,100.
The city partnered with developer JPI and Anna Housing Finance Corp for the project. It’s JPI’s second community in a line of senior housing developments.
