FORT WORTH – Kroger’s $10 million Marketplace store began construction earlier this month along US 287.
Located at 113 East Bonds Ranch Rd., the store will span 123,000 sf across 17 acres and be complete in fourth quarter 2024. It will have an in-store Starbucks kiosk, 18-pump gas station, and a grab-and-go kiosk.
The store will create 250 to 300 jobs.
Ridgemont Commercial Construction and The Weitzman Group are developing the site.
This marks Kroger’s 11th location in Fort Worth. Two other Marketplace stores are being built in Plano and Melissa. They will open in 2024.
