CELINA – A new country club is coming to the 3,200-acre mixed-use Legacy Hills development along the Dallas North Tollway.
The 1876 will have an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse with dining, tennis courts, fitness center, and swimming pool. A boutique hotel is being considered for the property as well.
The club will open in November 2024.
Lee Singletary designed the project. Legacy Hills was developed by Centurion American Development Group with 7,000 single-family homes, 4,100 multifamily units, and 100 acres of commercial space. It’s one of the largest residential communities in North Texas.
