FORT WORTH – A beverage firm is expanding into Texas with a total of 2.8 million sf of industrial space.
The $452 million expansion by Santa Clarita-based DrinkPak includes leasing two facilities, one at 25001 Eagle Pkwy. and the other in the Carter Park East industrial park.
The warehouses will create 1,000 new jobs in total when they open in 2026.
The city is giving $21 million in incentives for the expansion.
DrinkPak owns a 1.4 million-sf production and warehousing space near Los Angeles as the largest canned beverage contract manufacturing facility nationwide, producing more than two billion cans a year.
