DALLAS – The new 30-story Bank of America Tower has broken ground across the street from Klyde Warren Park. Pacific Elm Properties is the developer.
Located on North Harwood St. and Woodall Rodgers Fwy., the 500,000-sf office tower will have a 12th-floor Sky Lobby and Lounge with a coffee and cocktail bar and outdoor terraces, a conference center, fitness center, executive board room, and break-out chat rooms. It will be completed in the first half of 2027.
The project designer is New York-based Kohn Pedersen Fox. Miyama USA Texas is the landowner.
