HOUSTON – Vertical construction is finished on the Ismaili Center on the southeast corner of Allen Pkwy. and Montrose Blvd. five years after development started.
Located on 11 acres, the five-story spiritual center for Ismaili Muslims is 72-ft high with two underground levels for parking.
The building interior will include three atria, each next to an Evian.
More than nine acres of the property is being turned into a garden landscape with local plants and wildflowers designed to absorb high water.
The center is expected to be completed in 2025.
