805-acre master-planned community slated for League City

LEAGUE CITY – Hillwood Communities is developing Legacy, an 805-acre master-planned community just south of the future intersection of League City Pkwy. and West Blvd.

The land has more than 100 acres of green space, which is dedicated to League City for a regional park.

Lot sizes will be in the 80-ft range and above, with home prices expected to range from the $300,000s to above $1 million.

A total of 1,630 homes are planned. The first phase will have 510.

The community will have around 100 acres of lakes, some of which will be connected for boating.

There will be 30 total acres of commercial development as well as 15 acres for a possible Clear Creek Independent School District campus.

Homesite construction will begin after the completion of the League City Pkwy. section and detention.​
