WACO – West Waco Drive Ltd. has sold its fully leased retail center in an all-cash, off-market transaction.
Located on 1.75 acres, the 30,400-sf Center West at 4700 W. Waco Dr. is a ten-tenant mix of national and regional brands as well as local services-related retailers, the largest of which occupies 9,000 sf.
The buyer, SPTX 4700 LLC, plans to renovate Center West and bring rents to market rate. The project was completed in 1965 and last renovated in 1986.
