FRISCO – Hall Park is getting a 214-unit luxury apartment tower as part of the first phase of its $500 million redevelopment.
Located at 3101 Gaylord Pkwy., the 19-story Monarch Hall Park tower will have a 21,700-sf, sixth-floor amenity level including a club room, resort-style pool, fitness studio, and meeting space. Monthly rents will range from $3,000 to $21,000 for penthouses.
The Hall Park redevelopment began construction two years ago. It will have a 16-story office tower and a 224-room boutique hotel opening in 2024. The new buildings overlook a 6.5-acre community park.
The apartment designer is WDG Architecture, and the general contractor is Andres Construction. Hall Group is the developer.
