HOUSTON – Interra Capital Group has acquired Memorial Pointe, an 11-story, 226,586-sf tower at 11767 Katy Fwy. in the Kirkwood Atrium Office Park.
The 40-year-old building was last renovated in 2019. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, showers, storage space, a café, and conference room. It has an attached seven-story parking garage.
The property is currently 25 percent occupied, which Interra hopes to bring up to about 75 percent within the next five years.
