LEWISVILLE – A $3 billion project is finishing its next phase with a 362-unit luxury apartment community.
Located at 2901 Lady Bettye Dr. in The Realm at Castle Hills, the four-story Tapestry at The Realm has a fitness center, sauna, business center, conference room, and 4,400-sf amenity building with a game and social lounge. Construction will be completed in December.
Castle Hills developer Bright Realty worked with general contractor Andres Construction and B2 Architecture + Design on the apartment project.
The 3,000-acre Castle Hills development has 18,000 residents. The Realm at Castle Hills’ complex has 1,062 apartments, single-family homes, 130,000 sf of retail, and 235,000 sf of office space.
