DALLAS – Portland-based financial services company M Financial Group has leased 52,000 sf in an unfinished office building, marking its first Texas location.
Located at 2966 Howell St., The Quad is 345,425 sf with 18,500 sf of surrounding retail. It opens in March 2024. Owner Stream Realty Partners broke ground on the building in 2022.
Cushman & Wakefield represented M Financial in the transaction. It is the third tenant in The Quad after Revantage with 32,000 sf and Chicago Title with 21,000 sf.
