HOUSTON – Caldwell Communities is opening a 200-acre natural preserve in The Highlands, it’s 2,300-acre master-planned community just off Grand Parkway.
The Preserve will have its own recreational lake (Phillips Lake), a fishing dock, multiple pavilions, picnic and lounging areas, hike-and-bike trails, and a river overlook area.
