DALLAS – Plans for a residential high-rise in the 35-acre Park Lane development are underway.
The 616,700-sf, 20-story tower will cost $134 million and open in 2027.
It will be north of the Shops at Park Lane, which includes 590,000 sf of retail space and 344,000 sf of office space.
The project is developed by StreetLights Residential.
