WILLIS – Foxgate Capital and Amelia Homes are partnering on the development of Capital Creek Ranch north of FM 1725 and south of SH 150.
The plan entails developing 45 homesites on 1.5 to three acres in phases of 50 lots about every three months.
Individuals can buy homesites starting at around $80,000 and choose any homebuilder to build their house how they want it, though the community will be subject to deed restrictions.
Residents will be surrounded by woods and have two 25-acre lakes. The plan is to build miles of nature trails through the community.
Capital Creek Ranch is the first residential community Foxgate is developing.
