ALLEN – A 90-acre tech complex is adding a 126,005-sf, single-story data center with a two-story office component. The expansion will cost $31 million.
Work begins in January 2024 and will finish later in the year.
CyrusOne is the project developer and JHET Architects is the designer. The developer also announced a $50 million expansion of 82,750 sf in August.
Located on Chelsea Dr. near US 75, the data center campus is one of the largest in Texas.
