DALLAS – A 23-story luxury apartment tower in the Design District was acquired by an international investor.
Located at 1400 Hi Line Dr., The Amli Design District apartments has 314 units with ground-floor retail, swimming pool, grass courtyard, and fitness center. The monthly rent averages $2,400.
A partnership organized by Hasta Capital purchased the $91 million tower from Chicago-based Amli residential with a $58.4 million loan from JLL Real Estate Capital. JLL also marketed the property for sale.
