PLANO – A 23-story tower, set to be the tallest office tower in the Legacy West development, has topped out construction.
The 400,000-sf Ryan Tower on the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121 will have a fitness center, conference center, tenant lounge, coffee bar, coffee bar, café, and outdoor amenities with a pickleball court. It started construction in June 2022 and will open next year.
It will be occupied by Ryan LLC and other business tenants. JLL is marketing the remaining space.
Gensler is the architect, and the developer is Minnesota-based Ryan Companies US Inc. Financing was provided by Acore Capital.
