PLANO – A former PepsiCo office campus is being redeveloped and will be complete by the end of the year.
The 27-acre office campus at 5600 Technology Dr. has a 250,000-sf building that is undergoing renovations such as a new lobby and entryway, tenant lounge, coffee bar, and fitness center, as well as improvements to the landscaping and outdoor areas. A new façade and pickleball courts are also planned.
Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Partners is heading the redevelopment, and GFF is the project designer.
